Our spaces have been organized and furnished thinking about what could be useful and desirable for every traveller, individual guest, family or friends.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned in summer and winter, equipped with a complete kitchen, bed linen, bath linen and beach towels. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The wifi connection is reliable and reasonably fast.

Paid parking is available in our private garage for motorcycles, bicycles, and cars (subject to availability, paid parking in our private garage underneath the apartment for a car no longer than 4, 40 metres, or, if booking both apartments, 2 cars with a total length of no more than 9 meters).

Children are welcome: up to 2 years of age will be accommodated in a free cot. Soundproof windows have been installed throughout the entire structure. To offer you maximum comfort and make it appreciated by your neighbors too, we kindly ask you to keep the volume of your cell phones and sound devices low.

NO SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in the entire facility, including balconies and garages.
